OVERVIEW
Textile samples are inoculated with a bacterial inoculum that contains a specified bacterial concentration, and then incubated for 24 hours.
After the incubation period, surviving microorganisms from the textile samples are recovered and the number of colony forming units is determined through the use of the pour plate method.
